Wednesday, 4th June

Today, there will be scattered showers in parts of southern Queensland, particularly around the Darling Downs & Granite Belt and eastern Maranoa & Warrego. There may also be some fog in the morning in these areas. The rest of the state will be mostly sunny with dry and occasionally strong westerly winds. Temperatures will be around average, except for higher minimum temperatures in the southeast and along Cape York Peninsula.

Thursday, 5th June

There will be scattered rain showers around Cape York Peninsula and Torres Strait, with mostly sunny conditions elsewhere. Expect frosty mornings in the southern and central interior regions. Temperatures will be lower than usual, but closer to average in the Peninsula area.

Friday, 6th June

There will be some scattered showers in the North Tropical Coast, eastern Peninsula, and Torres Strait. It will be partly cloudy in the south and southeast, but mostly sunny in other areas. There may be frost in the morning in the southern interior. Temperatures will be around average during the day and below average at night.

Saturday, 7th June

There will be scattered rain in the Torres Strait, east coast, and southern inland areas. Showers will also develop in the central west on Sunday. It will be mostly sunny in the western regions and partly cloudy elsewhere. Temperatures will be around normal, dropping slightly in the northwest from Sunday. Minimum temperatures will return to normal on Saturday and rise above normal in the northeast from Sunday.
