There may be isolated showers in some areas, with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms along the South East Coast and in the Torres Strait. Some regions may experience morning fog. Temperatures will be near average in Cape York Peninsula and the southern interior, but below average in other areas.

Monday, 2nd June

Today will be mostly sunny in the west of Longreach, with some clouds in the Channel Country north of Birdsville. There may be isolated showers in other areas, becoming more scattered in central and southern Queensland and along the eastern coast of Cape York Peninsula. There is a chance of thunderstorms in the southern interior and southeast of the state, as well as through Torres Strait and northwestern Cape York Peninsula. Some morning fog is possible in the eastern districts from Ingham to Roma. Temperatures will be around average for this time of year.

Today will be mostly sunny in the central and western parts of the country. There may be a few showers in other areas, particularly in the southeast where they could become more widespread. Some areas might also experience morning fog in the south and east. Temperatures will be higher than normal in the northeast but around average elsewhere.

Today will be mostly sunny in the central and western areas of Australia. There may be some isolated showers in other parts, with a chance of more widespread showers along the east coast by Friday. Temperatures will be higher than normal in the northeast, and close to average in other areas.
