There may also be isolated showers along the east coast, with more scattered showers north of Townsville. It will be partly cloudy in other areas. There might be morning fog between Ingham and Brisbane. Fresh and potentially strong winds from the west to southeast will develop in South East Queensland. The highest temperatures will be below average in the southwest and southern interior, but above average in other areas.
Wednesday, 28th May
Clouds are going to increase throughout the day with scattered showers starting in the west and moving into the central and southern interior later on. The showers might become more widespread and turn into areas of rain in the far west. There could be isolated showers along the east coast north of Townsville. In other areas, it will be partly cloudy. There could be some patchy morning fog between Ingham and Rockhampton. Maximum temperatures will be well below average in the southwest, below average in the southern interior, and around average in other areas.
Thursday, 29th May
Today will be cloudy with scattered showers in most of the state below Georgetown, with rain becoming more widespread in some inland areas. There will be isolated showers along the east coast above Townsville. It will be partly cloudy in other areas. Temperatures will be around average in the northeast but below average elsewhere, especially in the inland regions.
Friday, 30th May
The weather in Queensland will be cloudy with scattered showers in some areas on Friday, with more isolated showers in the west. By Saturday, the conditions will be partly cloudy. There will be widespread showers and areas of rain in central and southeast Queensland. Temperatures will be near average in the northeast, below average elsewhere, and well below average in the interior.
