It will be partly cloudy in the east, mostly sunny elsewhere. Temperatures will be below average in the interior and northwest, well below average in the far west, and near average elsewhere. Expect fresh southeasterly winds in western Queensland, the Gulf Country, and exposed areas along the east coast.

Today will be mostly sunny in most of the inland and east coast areas from Townsville to Bundaberg. There may be some isolated showers near the southeast coast, Darling Downs, Granite Belt, and the northeast tropical coast above Ingham. Temperatures will be lower than usual, especially in western Queensland, with a possibility of frost around the Carnarvon Ranges.

Today will be a mix of sun and clouds with some scattered showers in parts of southeast Queensland and along the coast of eastern Queensland. It will be cooler than usual in the central areas and especially chilly in the northwest. Temperatures will be around normal in other regions.
Thursday, 22nd May
Today will be partly cloudy in the middle of the country and the east. There will be scattered showers in parts of southeast Queensland, along the east coast, and in the Torres Strait. It will be cooler than usual in the middle, much cooler in the far west, and average in other areas. Overnight temperatures will be normal or slightly warmer in the southeast, cooler in the middle, and average in other regions.
