Monday, 19th May

Today there will be some scattered showers in the Peninsula and southeastern Queensland, with a chance of isolated thunderstorms in the northern Torres Strait. The eastern districts will be partly cloudy, while other areas will be mostly sunny. Temperatures will be below average in the interior and northwest, and well below average in the far west, with near average temperatures elsewhere. There will be fresh southeasterly winds in western Queensland, the Gulf Country, and exposed parts of the east coast.

Tuesday, 20th May

Today will be mostly sunny in many areas of the interior and east coast between Townsville and Bundaberg. There may be isolated showers near the southeast coast, Darling Downs, Granite Belt, and northeast tropical coast north of Ingham. Temperatures will be lower than usual, especially in western Queensland, with the possibility of frost near the Carnarvon Ranges.

Wednesday, 21st May

Today will be partly cloudy with occasional showers in some parts of southeastern Queensland and along the coast of eastern Queensland. The rest of the state will be mostly sunny. Temperatures will be lower than usual in the central areas and significantly cooler in the northwest. Other areas will have average temperatures.

Thursday, 22nd May

It will be partly cloudy in the interior and east of Australia with isolated showers in southeastern Queensland and along the east coast and Torres Strait. Temperatures will be below average in the interior and far west, but near average elsewhere. Minimum temperatures will be around average in the southeast, below average in the interior, and near average elsewhere.
