NSW and ACT: A slow moving high pressure system near the Victorian border is moving towards the Tasman Sea, bringing clear skies and light winds. As it moves eastwards, a ridge will strengthen over the state, with a cold front expected to bring cooler temperatures and possible showers next week.
VIC: A strong high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will bring warm air from the north to Victoria and Bass Strait this weekend and early next week. A weak cold front will move in from the west on Tuesday.
SA: A big high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will keep things calm over the state. On Sunday and Monday, a small trough will move through, but conditions should stay clear until Tuesday.
WA: A high ridge in the southern part of the state is shifting towards the east, bringing easterly winds to the northern areas.
TAS: A strong high pressure system is moving into the Tasman Sea, bringing strong northwesterly winds to the state on Sunday and Monday.
NT: A high pressure system is bringing dry winds from the southeast to most of the Northern Territory, except the northeast. Moist winds from the east will bring showers to the Top End starting today and moving westward over the weekend.
