A band of clouds ahead of a trough in central New South Wales is bringing rain and storms to southeastern Australia, with high-level clouds reaching central Australia. A cold front near Tasmania is creating a line of clouds, while a surface trough along the southeast Queensland coast is leading to scattered showers. Onshore winds are causing some low-level clouds in southern Western Australia and western South Australia, while the rest of the country is mainly cloud-free.
