A tropical low in the Gulf of Carpentaria is causing stormy weather in the Cape York Peninsula with thunderstorms. A front passing over New South Wales and Queensland is linked to a low pressure system offshore. A high pressure system in the Great Australian Bight is bringing clouds to southern coasts of WA, SA, Victoria, and Tasmania. Some storms are also happening in Western Australia. The rest of the country is mostly clear of clouds.
