Ex-Tropical Cyclone "Errol" has moved across the Kimberley coast, creating lots of thick cloud and thunderstorms. There is a Tropical Low in the Gulf of Carpentaria that is also causing active cloud. In Queensland, there is a lot of low level cloud. Tasmania and eastern Victoria are experiencing patchy cloud due to an upper trough. A developing low pressure system in the Bight is bringing showery activity to South Australia. Central Australia has an upper level cloud band moving over it. Southwest WA is experiencing low cloud from a high pressure system. The eastern half of the country has minimal cloud cover.
