Thursday, 17th April
It will be mostly sunny in the western and inland parts of Queensland today. There might be a few showers in the eastern areas and the Peninsula, becoming more widespread at times in the Wet Tropics and the northern Peninsula. There will be widespread showers in the Torres Strait and isolated thunderstorms north of Weipa. Overnight temperatures will be higher than usual in the far west, but otherwise, temperatures will be around normal.
Friday, 18th April
Today will be mostly sunny in western and inland Queensland, with a few showers in the north of Hughenden. There will be scattered showers in the east, becoming more widespread in the north of Ingham. Showers may develop into thunderstorms in some areas, with above average overnight temperatures in the northwest and central west.
Saturday, 19th April
It will be mostly sunny in the western and central parts of Queensland, with some isolated showers to the north of Longreach. In the eastern districts, there will be scattered showers, becoming more widespread in some areas with possible thunderstorms. Temperatures will be above average in the northwest, central, and southern parts of Queensland, but there will be a cooler change in the Channel Country on Monday.
