Western Queensland will continue to enjoy dry and settled conditions thanks to a large high west of New Zealand, with another high from southern Australia adding to the mix later in the week; however, Far North Queensland can expect enhanced rainfall due to a trough extending from the Coral Sea to the Arafura Sea until next week, while southeast Queensland will experience increased shower activity this weekend courtesy of an upper trough.
