Showers will also be present in eastern areas, becoming more widespread in Southeast Queensland. There may be heavier rain in the eastern Peninsula, Daintree, and Cassowary Coast regions. Some isolated thunderstorms are expected in the north and southeast, with moderate falls possible. Temperatures will be slightly higher than usual in the south and far west, while staying around average in other areas.
Sunday, 13th April
Partly cloudy in western Queensland with a chance of isolated showers in the middle of Queensland from Richmond to Charleville. Showers will be scattered in the east, becoming more widespread around K'gari and the southeast coast. There may be heavy rain in the northern Peninsula and North Tropical Coast. Thunderstorms possible in Kowanyama and near Yeppoon. Temperatures will be slightly higher than usual in the far west, but normal in other areas.

Today in western Queensland, there will be some clouds with a possibility of occasional showers in certain areas. Showers will be scattered in the east, becoming more widespread in places like K'gari and the Sunshine Coast. There may also be thunderstorms north of Kowanyama. Temperatures will be higher than usual in the far west, but normal in other areas.

There will be some clouds in the western and central parts of Queensland today, and there might be some rain in areas east of Hughenden to Goondiwindi. There could also be scattered showers in the eastern regions, with more rain expected in the far north. Temperatures will be a bit higher than usual in the far west, and around average everywhere else.
